Consortium Strategies Signs Second $500 Million
International Distribution Agreement

Tracey Marquart, CEO of Consortium Strategies, LLC, a Las Vegas based service and distribution company, announced the signing today of a ten-year distribution agreement with Milmex America, Inc of Brockton, Massachusetts valued at more than $500 million.

This follows a Distributor Agreement for Africa with Mendes World Trade of Beverly in early December also for $500 million over ten years.

The initial products acquired for distribution by Milmex are Mach 3 and TX-7, two engine conditioners designed to reduce emissions of gasoline and diesel fueled engines while increasing fuel economy. Used in concert, the products can also significantly reduce engine wear and extend engine life.

Environmental Impact Foundation reviewed the testing of Mach 3 in several applications including locomotive and marine engines. The results according to David Kleis, Protector of the Foundation, were very substantial. Kleis also added that tests performed following the Foundation’s own test criteria have been just as impressive. “I can say unequivocally that Mach 3 will reduce most automotive emissions by more than 40% while improving gas mileage by more than 12%” He added that the Foundation is continuing to test other applications for Mach 3 including turbines and stationary power plants.
